They taste good to children and are fun to take. With my three-year-old, I sometimes even have to argue that there will be no more today because spraying it independently is so interesting. My eldest, who is eight, is less keen, but the vitamin flavours are mild and there is nothing to swallow. They are easy to use and the children can manage on their own.
