NorVita products are based on science and technology

Many of our products have been developed by listening to the wishes and needs of the customer or by brainstorming with the distributor. After some description and analysis of the idea, practical product development work begins in our team, which includes the search for the most environmentally friendly bottle, high-quality raw materials, and the combination and testing of these raw materials until a high-quality result is produced, which is also handy for the customer to use. Legal and regulatory work is also an important part of product development. The legislation of the countries is very different and therefore we have to carefully monitor that the developed product can also be sold in the target market. For the same reason, the development of one product can last very differently in time. For example, if it is a simple product change, the process will be completed in a couple of months at most. However, if a completely new product is being created, it can take several years.

Process

1.

Idea

Everything starts with an idea. Our customers’ input is very important to us. Often, when creating our products, we base ourselves on the needs of our customers. We also listen to the vision of our distributors, who have a long-term experience on what the ideal product could be and put all the ideas on the table during the brainstorming session.

2.

Product development

At this stage, we begin to separate the goods from the bads and proceed only with ideas that are actually doable. We conduct extensive research to determine the best product version, and this is a phase that can, in some cases, take years. Slow and steady wins the race!

3.

Production

As a rule, our production is three-dimensional. First, we mix the prepared recipe developed by ourselves and the corresponding vitamin mixture according to the developed technology. Then we bottle the mixture in suitable bottles. Finally, the bottled product is labeled and packed in cartons and boxes. Lastly, the vitamin spray is ready to be sent out.

4.

Logistics

Packaged spray vitamins are sent from the factory to distributors in Estonia as well as to various countries around the world. This is where well-planned logistics play an important role – it is important to ensure that the goods are sent out at the right time and in the right way, so that customers receive the product without complications. The biggest (but solvable) challenge here is the change of seasons and different temperature conditions during long supply chains.

5.

Marketing and sales

Once again, a very important step so that our carefully made products reach customers who need exactly what we offer. We highly value ethical marketing and therefore, also value resellers whose values match with ours. We try to be as transparent as possible in the marketing of our products and inform our customers of challenges that arise.

Change does not come by itself. Try our products and find new energy in your life!
