Magnesium citrate, humectant: glycerol, purified water, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thickener: xanthan gum, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Vitamin D3 for children
Coconut oil, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Magnesium
Adults: 3 pumps a day provides 300 mg (80%*) of magnesium (as 1875 mg magnesium citrate) and 3 mg (214%*) vitamin B6. Children from age 1: 1 pump a day provides 100 mg (27%*) of magnesium and 1 mg (71%*) vitamin B6.
