ElderCraft® European Black Elderberry Extract (Sambucus nigra L.), purified water, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), humectants: glycerol and xylitol, zinc gluconate, acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate, sweetener: steviol glucosides, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural lemon and menthol flavorings, thickner: xanthan gum.
Recommended dose
Vitamin D3
Adults: 1 spray, daily. Providing 4000 IU (100 μg) vitamin D3, (2000%*).

Magnesium
Adults: 3 pumps a day provides 300 mg (80%*) of magnesium (as 1875 mg magnesium citrate) and 3 mg (214%*) vitamin B6. Children from age 1: 1 pump a day provides 100 mg (27%*) of magnesium and 1 mg (71%*) vitamin B6.

Strong Immunity
