Purified water, ElderCraft® European Black Elderberry Extract (Sambucus nigra L.), zinc acetate, vitamin B5 (D-pantothenate calcium), sweetener: steviol glucosides, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural lemon and menthol flavorings.

Adults: 1 spray, daily. Providing 4000 IU (100 μg) vitamin D3, (2000%*).

Adults: 4 sprays two times per day. Recommended daily dose of 8 sprays contains: zinc 25 mg (250%*), vitamin B5 10.8 mg (180%*), ElderCraft® European Black Elderberry Extract (Sambucus nigra L.) 600.0 mg.
